Creating a Positive Learning Environment (Code: C1852)
Unlike traditional behaviour management training, the sessions are not designed to give advice on managing poor behaviour or low level disruption. Instead, participants work collaboratively to identify the reasons for the behaviours they are experiencing, reflect on their current approaches to poor behaviour and explore a range of tools and strategies to improve their future practice.
