GDP courses are mostly self-directed online study, whilst some are live workshops. They are all mapped to three categories – core, proficient and highly effective – to reflect different levels of experience.

Training aim
This programme will provide a comprehensive and structured approach to the continuous development of board members.
Length
Developed in collaboration with the sector, each short course is standalone, so you can access online learning in your own time or book on to one or more of the live workshops.
The online learning must be accessed on ETF's Learning Management System.

- C7 – Delivering effective Teaching, Learning and Assessment

- P8a - Culture, People and Organisational Development
Entry Requirements
Participants must be Governors, Chairs, Vice Chairs and Governance Professionals of FE and/or Sixth Form College Boards.
