In this workshop you will examine a range of restorative strategies and consider the benefits of implementation within your organisation. In understanding the powerful impact restorative practice can have in education, you will reflect on your own skills, consider current practice and culture change, what a ‘restorative organisation’ really means and what staff development is needed to ensure success.
