This course is designed to help providers work effectively with employers throughout the apprenticeship journey, so that apprentices gain the opportunities and support they need to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours in the workplace and achieve their learning and career goals. While recognising that creating and sustaining effective working relationships can be difficult, this course will help you make the most of collaboration by identifying and building on the benefits.
