Course Summary

This two-part CPD course is designed for post-16 maths specialists who teach ESOL learners on Functional Skills or GCSE maths programmes.

This course supports maths teachers to:

Better understand the diverse profiles of ESOL learners
Identify where language creates hidden barriers in maths lessons and exams
