BackA one hour online session for CfEM Action Research Leads who have not previously attended CfEM Action Research methods training sessions, or those wanting a refresher.

Who is this for?
For Action Research Leads who:
- Didn't participate in any or many CfEM Action Research methods training modules in 2019/20 (face-face residential course) or 2020/21 (online modular delivery).
- Attended the modules/days above but feel they could benefit from refresher CPD to brush up knowledge and build confidence in the areas of research design, literature review, project management, data collection, data analysis or reporting.
Training aim
The aim is to increase your knowledge of the types of research that your Action Research Groups (ARGs) will be using in 2021-22.
Outcomes
You will have the knowledge and confidence to be able to discuss:
- What effective action research is.
- The main types of data collection and analysis used for action research.

Entry Requirements
You must be a AR Lead who has been accepted on the 2021 - 2022 CfEM AR Lead (Train the Trainer) programme.
