Who is this for?

Leaders and managers in FE who have responsibility for mentoring/coaching programmes for practitioners in their organisation.

Training aim

The aim of this course is to help leaders and managers in FE to maximise the benefits of mentoring/coaching programmes for practitioners in their organisations.

Outcomes

This course will introduce:

  • Evidence bases on effective practice in mentoring/coaching for teachers and trainers in FE
  • Actions managers/leaders can take to improve the quality of mentoring/coaching programmes in their organisations
  • Effective ways to promote the benefits of mentoring/coaching to a range stakeholders

Length

Three weeks, a total of six hours.
