This introductory course will give you an overview of key considerations for leading and teaching the subjects within the Business and Administration Route to get the best possible outcomes for your learners.
You will gain a clear understanding of the key features of the Business and Administration T Levels by comparison with other relevant Level 3 qualifications and how to support learners to develop the skills required for their work placements.
You will find out about assessment requirements to help your learners succeed and how to keep your own knowledge and skills up to date with current business practice so you are teaching the latest approaches.
Outcomes
On this course you will:
- Identify the essential considerations for leading and teaching the subjects within the Business and Administration route.
- Investigate the T level structure, comparing it to other level 3 qualifications, and consider the implications of the industry placement
- Review the assessment approach for T Levels
- Explore the support available to you to update and refresh your subject knowledge and skills
