Wellbeing Summit: Navigating Today's Environment (Code: C1378)

Staff, students, and workforces are working increasingly hard to navigate a landscape that often fuels disconnection and removes positive emotional feedback, sometimes leaving us unsure of how to respond to each other's wellbeing and anxiety. The topics covered in this virtual programme will explore strategies that can be used in all settings to develop positive mental wellbeing and tackle some of the biggest challenges faced in today's environment such as trauma, prejudice and building resilience.
