Number at the core of maths (Code: C1515)
BackThere is evidence from Chief Examiner reports which identifies the key topic areas of number work with place value, BIDMAS and estimation as ones likely to present some difficulty for maths learners. They form the foundations of good maths learning.
This course explores a range of methods and approaches that support number skills development and deep learning including place value, BIDMAS and estimation approaches suitable for both GCSE and Functional Skills maths.
