SEND Supported Employment Excellence Hub (Code: C1624)

This event seeks to address the worryingly low national trend where only 4.8% of learners with difficulties and disabilities move into paid employment.

Through exceptional levels of support and personalisation, Weston College’s hub demonstrates that learners with SEND can and do want to work – this immersive day will showcase intent, implementation and impact through a guided tour of how learners, the college, the local community and employers work together to create a outstanding network of support, both locally and regionally.
