Training aim
Directly promote greater awareness of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and inspire managers and leaders to recognise opportunities to overcome labour challenges by through greater inclusion of people with disabilities joining their workforce.
Outcomes
To provide and opportunity for a diverse range of employers to meet young people with physical and/or learning disabilities, who actively engage in employment.
