We will be facilitating themed discussions on a variety of topics related to transition planning for success, initial assessment, induction, tracking progress and setting targets, functional skills and exemptions. Together, with examples of good practice and professionals from across the specialist sector sharing their knowledge, we can produce realistic, workable solutions to support current practice and overcome barriers to successful transition to college.
