This 2-hour practical session will provide updates on the legal framework supporting Drone use in the Construction sector. This workshop will be delivered by ARPAS-UK, a not-for-profit trade association and professional body which supports and acts on behalf of the remotely piloted aircraft (RPAS) community. Participants will gain an insight into current working practices, ensuring that they have a clear line of sight to work and can subsequently inform their learners.

A two day intensive course to provide training in the requirements of the Prevent duty including: the referral process; identifying extremism; challenging extremism and hate speech. This will also cover keeping learners and staff safe online and promoting and exemplifying British values. The course is run by Selina Stewart, the Prevent lead at ETF and Polly Harrow, student services manager at Kirklees College and Chair of NAMSS.
