Yorkshire and Humber PDGs sit firmly within practitioner-led enquiry, and are driven by participants who work collaboratively to undertake a maths/English inquiry related to their learners and teaching practice. They plan, do and review; regrouping and discussing what worked (and didn't) with their PDG members, repeating this process over a period of four months.

The Taking Teaching Further (TTF) programme is a national initiative to attract experienced industry professionals with expert technical knowledge and skills to work in Further Education (FE) and Training. It was launched in June 2018 with three rounds of funding having been successfully completed between 2018 and 2021
This bite-sized webinar is for FE providers to increase their understanding of the support available to recruit to 'hard to fill' technical teaching roles via the TTF programme.

The monthly sessions will provide an opportunity for our Centre for Excellence in SEND to share our effective practice of how we work with employers, our community including our parent/carers to help us give the best opportunities for our SEND learners. But even more importantly, its an opportunity for you to share what you are doing well.
In these sessions held monthly, we will look at emerging current themes, share effective approaches and ask ourselves 'how might we' to shape ideas together.
